Swedish multinational clothing company: Hennes & Mauritz AB, popularly known as H&M, has recently launched a voice interactive smart mirror in their biggest & flagship store: Times Square, New York.
This smart mirror provides an entirely unique experience to its customer by integrating voice and face recognition technology.
The Interactive Mirror can click a selfie for you and you can choose from a range of “My” H&M Covers to display your selfie.
What’s interesting is the mirror also provides fashion inspiration to the customer by suggesting outfits for the customer to purchase directly from their online store. You even get an additional 20% discount and free shipping costs when you subscribe to the H&M Newsletter via scanning the mirror’s QR Code.
H&M partnered with Microsoft, Visual Art & Ombori for this unique customer experience.
