The designer recently had her bridesmaid and bridesmen trip, themed The Royals Of Kabanng in Bikaner, at Narendra Bhawan with a close knit of friends including her sister Sasha Grewal, designer duo Shivan and Narresh to name a few.
The Magnificent Trip
The designer surprised her bridesmaids by revealing designer Atsu Sekhose who is known for his chic, feminine and ready-to-wear collection who would be designing all the bridesmaids dresses. The entire bridesmaid group sat with the designer to ideate what their dresses should look like for the special occasion. The trip also consisted of a luxe pyjama party and all the bridesmaids were dressed in emerald green robes that included Kabbia’s logo and Outhouse jewelleries. The floral decoration with candles and name cards were arranged by Fiorella.
The Royal Venue
Located in Phu Quoc, The JW Marriott will be hosting the wedding. The hotel’s interiors are done by Bill Bensley, who is known for his out of the box creativity, making it the perfect destination for the designer’s aesthetic and persona.
Kaabia Grewal exclusively collaborated with Emmerence from Potesta Designs who designed the invitation cards keeping in mind her wedding destination. Each invitation to the party was a physical monogrammed card which was handwritten and personalised. The cards were enclosed with eclectic stamps and were sent out to the “Royal Group” in a beautiful curated hexagonal box with floral arrangements. Pearls were embedded in the invite that represented the designer’s love for jewellery and her brand “Outhouse”.
Kaabia pulled off an unforgettable trip, which was royal and majestic. It was filled with her aesthetic and creative vision. Weddings have now become a fashionable affair; every detail is intricately customized and placed perfectly to create a complete ensemble.
